Guided Solutions Appoints Marco Müller as New Managing Director Germany to Drive Strategic Growth

Guided Solutions, a Global Executive Search & Selection partner to the MedTech industry, is pleased to announce another strategic appointment, with Marco Müller joining as the New Managing Director in Germany.

This pivotal addition to the senior leadership team follows the appointment of Manu Chhokra as Managing Director Switzerland in October, further solidifying Guided Solutions’ commitment to its continuous growth strategy and industry leadership.

Marco Müller has been working in Executive Search since 2011 and has placed more than 200 executives and specialists within the MedTech industry during this period. He has continuously demonstrated his innovative approach to business and deep expertise in MedTech recruitment, hence why he will play a critical role in Guided Solutions’ plans to reach its ambitions in Germany and the region.

Before joining Guided Solutions, Marco Müller spent nine years at an international Executive Search consultancy, where he served as Practice Group Leader for LifeSciences. His career also includes four years with a specialised Executive Search boutique focused on the medical device industry in Germany, as well as valuable international experience gained while working in New York and London. He holds a degree in Business Administration and has studied Public Management at the University of Applied Sciences in Frankfurt. He speaks fluent German and English.
